This IS expensive, but it makes a great cover for personal items or purchases in the cargo area. To make your rear seats still flexible, DO NOT use the fabric curtain attached to the cover. Instead remove it from the cover by using needle nose pliers to pinch the plastic clips that connect it to the cover - completely remove it and store where you want. Now install your cargo cover as per instructions. You'll find you have a couple of inches of space between the cover and the rear seat back. Don't worry. Pull on the seat back release and push the seat back backwards until it clicks into place - no space and no need to use the snaps. Seats will still fold flat easily and the cover can easily be removed by removing the cords to the hatch and lifting it out.
